Server-side Grok proposes 3–5 starts from the prompt plus linked free/busy only. Host can suggest again.
3. Vote Yes/No, rank Yes
Each invitee gets an opaque vote URL. Other emails never appear. Ballots stay editable until lock.

When N people can attend a date, it locks (Borda on ties). Everyone gets calendar email; Google insert runs for linked calendars.
